The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has identified 75 potential issues with Wisconsin’s environmental regulation of water, according to a written statement from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. “They (the EPA) went through our (Wisconsin’s) rules and regulations word for word,” Susan Sylvester, a Water Quality Bureau Director of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources tells Action 2 News.
