The administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency No. 5, Robert Kaplan, will hold a listening session about the implementation of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Water Act from 5-7 pm. Tuesday, Nov. 15.
The session will be in room 30 of the Chippewa Valley Technical College’s Business Education Center, 620 W. Clairemont Ave., Eau Claire.
Kaplan is scheduled to briefly talk about the EPA’s role in Wisconsin and then hear the public’s concerns. People might be limited to three minutes speaking, depending on the number wanting to say something...
