New `Force for Positive Change` contest to make four $25,000 awards

Four Wisconsin organizations that integrate a social or environmental mission into their business will be awarded $25,000 each through a new state competition, the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation said Monday.

Applications are being accepted now through Sept. 15 for the first-ever "Force for Positive Change" competition, which is the brainchild of John and Tashia Morgridge, who are funding the inaugural awards, and is being led by WARF.
