Air quality advisory in effect in eastern Wisconsin

An air quality advisory for ground level ozone pollution is in effect until midnight Sunday for much of eastern Wisconsin, the state Department of Natural Resources said.

Counties included in the advisory include: Brown, Dodge, Door, Jefferson, Kenosha, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Milwaukee, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Racine, Rock and Sheboygan.

Air quality is expected to reach unhealthy levels for children, the elderly, people with respiratory and heart problems and anyone participating in strenuous outdoor activities for a prolonged period of time, the DNR said....
