People in Kewaunee county are trying to figure out what to do after a recent test found that eleven of the 30 wells tested found salmonella and rotavirus in the water.
In October of 2014 several organizations including Clean Wisconsin the Midwest Environmental Advocates Clean Water Action Council of Northeast Wisconsin and several other agencies petitioned the Environmental Protection Agency asking for relief for the water issue of Kewaunee County.
Their three requests included providing people with clean drinking water, investigation the source of contamination and hold the people accountable responsible.
