VIROQUA, Wis. — Ralph and Sheila Petersheim of rural Viroqua operate their dairy farm partly using the theory that healthy soil builds a healthy farm.
The Petersheims were named the Wisconsin Land and Water Conservation Association’s Conservation Farmers of the Year in 2015.
