Common good not a priority for GOP leaders

The news last week that a Racine County judge warned Gov. Scott Walker back in 2012 about the problems and unsafe conditions at the state's juvenile offenders' facility is just the latest example of how poorly this state is being governed.

But that's what happens when a governor and legislators aren't interested in making government work for the common good.
